Common Questions
Do I have to be formerly incarcerated to certify?
No. We certify anyone serving this population — formerly incarcerated and never-incarcerated alike. What matters is that you do the work and respect the people.
Can my whole organization certify together?
Yes. Group discounts available. Also see our Institutional License if you want to deploy BLWNL system-wide.
Is the credential ongoing?
Active trainers stay current through our quarterly calls and curriculum updates. Trainers who go inactive can re-certify.
